to develop a web-solution for a new premium children’s clinic.

We started with lead users methodology implementation to find out what the perfect children clinic web-site is. So we talked to moms of different psychological types we preliminary defined about functionality, services, image, usability, usage scenarios, etc. We investigated world’s best practices as well. And created a prototype of a highly functional and user-friendly web-site, which is going to develop further into a kind of e-health platform. The web-site contains the ability to schedule an appointment with the doctor, to call a doctor home, to choose a correct doctor by numerous parameters, next year the personal account with the ability to save your kid’s appointments, doctors’ prescriptions and to chat with your doctor online.
