Task:
Website redesign, development of full-fledged online brand representation, creation of a platform for easy communication with clients.
Solution:
We updated the site design and changed its platform. All users have access to their own personal account with all data and mobile package terms.
Users were offered an opportunity to replenish their accounts online, order the necessary documents. Also Online users can see information about 3Mob network coverage and find nearest shops and service centres.
